BWIZA BWA MASHIRA n'inde?
Dear Reader,
Mwaramutse/Muraho/Mwiriwe
Welcome to Bwiza bwa Mashira!
My name is Cyuzuzo Maureen, a young Rwandese girl that loves art, food, music and culture. Calm your horses, that doesn't make this a basic food or travel blog but, we'll mostly look at things from an Afrocentric perspective, a Rwandan focal point on various topics. This might also be included in my messages, using certain terms and expressions such as "cyore!" and "inka yanjye!". This blog will evolve, grow and maybe even change its course with time.
This blog will consist of different themes that will incorporate my perspective and thoughts within them. I'm hoping will give you all some perspective and different takes on the world that surrounds you. Bwiza bwa Mashira is a journey, looking at everything around you through my lens and widening your perspective. This blog entails lifestyle, as it's first theme, giving tips and tricks on health and fitness as well as skin care and DIY easy tips and tricks... with a nip of art, music and fashion, of course. Other themes such as cooking or food, I will be sharing my recipes along with lazy techniques to cooking delicious foods, with a touch of Rwandese cuisine. Moreover, themes like consultation based on my opinion, about different topics mostly giving advice, talking about my experience and also based on public demand and commentary, a few random short stories and poetry cubicles as well.
I am not limited to any particular results from this blog, whether to inspire, to inform, to entertain or even to simply enjoy with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. So long as it brings positivity to you, I have done my service. So, welcome to Bwiza bwa Mashira, a journey that explores culture, lifestyle and self expression with a hint of art.
Mugumane Amahoro,
Bwiza bwa Mashira.
